Before you come到店须知
Draft — to be confirmed草稿，待店主确认- Vaccinations should be up to date. Please let us know if your pet is on medication or has a health condition.请确保疫苗按时接种。毛孩子在用药或有健康问题，请提前告知。
- Please walk your dog before drop-off so they're comfortable on the table.送来前请先遛狗，毛孩子在美容台上会更舒服。
- If we find fleas, a flea bath is added so other pets stay safe.如发现跳蚤，会加做除蚤浴，保护其他毛孩子。
- Running late or need to cancel? Please tell us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.迟到或需要取消，请尽早告诉我们，方便把时段让给其他客人。
- Severely matted coats may need to be clipped short — it's kinder than brushing out for hours. We'll always ask first.毛结严重时可能需要剃短，比长时间硬梳更不受罪。剃之前一定先征得您同意。

How often should my dog be groomed?多久洗一次比较好？
Most dogs do well with a bath every 4–6 weeks. Curly and long coats (poodles, oodles, Maltese, Shih Tzus) usually need a full groom every 6–8 weeks to stay mat-free.大多数狗狗 4–6 周洗一次就好。卷毛和长毛犬（贵宾、各种 oodle、马尔济斯、西施等）一般 6–8 周做一次全套美容，才不容易打结。
My pet gets anxious. Can you still groom them?我家毛孩子很胆小，可以洗吗？
Yes — tell us when you book. We'll pick a quieter time, take breaks and go slowly. If a pet is too stressed to continue safely, we'll stop and call you.可以，预约时告诉我们。我们会安排比较安静的时段，中途休息、慢慢来。如果毛孩子实在太紧张、继续下去不安全，我们会停下并联系您。
Do I need to stay during the groom?洗护时主人需要在场吗？
